The new center Archéomed , which was just introduced in Arles, could be an example of the economic system that wants to implement Arnaud Montebourg.
Deriving a local cluster ( Prides Cultural Industries and Heritage) combining the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Region of the Pays d'Arles and the PACA region, benefiting from public support, but the initiative a local businessman (Jean-Bernard Memet, society A-Corros ) Archéomed is a business hotel and a nursery dedicated to crafts heritage, organized around shared resources (laboratories, storage space), a unique place where small businesses or associations, start-up, will share management and technical services.
The rationale for Archéomed is even more justified if the PACA region has a very rich heritage and is home to many specialized scientific teams, there is no significant site dedicated to the restoration and conservation of this heritage. In addition, the sector is particularly important regional archaeological and generates over 11,000 jobs, but more than 60% of its activity is represented by very small structures. These micro-companies are potential customers, and have a vital need for this kind of TSC.

The new center would allow pooling of high-tech equipment, very expensive, which would allow him to become a real resource center for the region. The place to house this new structure was paramount, and it is natural that the site of the old rice mill Lustucru, closed since the floods of the Rhone in 2003, has emerged. Owned by the city of Arles, it has the brownfield available as a project partner. Built by the Eiffel workshops, the metal structure is itself a part of our modern heritage, and that preserving the iron lace that the preliminary draft of 11000 m2, consists of modular components has been unveiled. On the other hand, such a facility is a smart way to rehabilitate a brownfield site which history that has accompanied the city and the Camargue.
The total budget estimated at 5.5 million is being finalized, supported by public bodies. The project, already coherent and legitimate, must arrive at a final maturation, both financially and architecturally. The study will therefore continue in the next 2 years, an achievement for early 2013.
only thing missing is the formation of micro-enterprise partners in this cooperative project to describe exactly the model that promotes Arnaud Montebourg. A revival productive oriented high technology, pooling of resources, relied on an alliance of public and private funding on a term long enough to allow time to find profitability.
The center allows especially to revitalize the local economy by improving efficiency Small structures, the rationale for this project. It's the whole purpose of Prides: Pooling of resources, individual assistance and research performance.
